Accident Injury Evaluation
Functional Capacity & Injury Assessments for injuries.
Service Description
All consultations and therapy sessions are performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is a Board Certified Specialist. If you are working with an attorney, please provide their contact information so that we can communicate your progress to the appropriate court. Session and frequency is dependent on each individual (athlete in our clinic) but typically last between 1 hour to 2 hours. A functional capacity evaluation/screen (FCE) is performed to obtain all relevant injury information. All paperwork is completed for company use. The session is 1:1 (Athlete : Doctor of Physical Therapy) for the entire session.
