Rolling Energy!

This workshop is an introduction to roll ball, self-massage.  Focus will be on spinal relaxation and flexibility.  A brief review of the logic behind the method will be given.  The remainder of the workshop will involve demonstration and trail of self-massage techniques.

* Wear loose or gym clothing and bring yoga mat (yoga mat available for workshop if needed).

*Roll balls will be provided for use during the workshop and available for purchase at a discounted price.
