LETS GET COOKIN' AFTER YOGA!
Come for the yoga, stay for the food. This is our introduction to health and wellness through exercise and diet. Our meals are plant-based and healthy but that doesn't mean you have to compromise flavor! Come enjoy some movement and stay for a social hour and eating. Ask questions to our yoga teachers and Dr. Estrada.
